必赢242net官网-东京大学论坛始自2015年，每年举办一次，由必赢242net官网及东京大学法政学部轮流主办。论坛旨在通过学术交流与合作，为中日青年学者搭建相互了解、相互学习、加深友谊的平台。第五届北大-东大论坛将于2019年2月22日-24日在日本东京举办，请感兴趣的学生报名申请：

　　1，论坛主题 ：”Co-creating the future: Challenges, Opportunities and Power dynamics in the 21st-centry”.

　　Overview: 2018 marked the 40th anniversary of the conclusion of the Treaty of Peace and Friendship between China and Japan, and was simultaneously the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up of the economy. For the past four decades, both China and Japan have experienced geopolitical challenges, economic reform and technological development influenced by both domestic and international factors. For the past four decades of China and Japan's diplomatic relationship, there were a number of dramatic twists and turns caused by differing political systems, strategic interests, and cultural traditions.

　　But looking ahead, the new challenges and opportunities are rising on geopolitical, economic, and environmental architectures at large. Those are changing how individuals, governments and companies relate to each other domestically, regionally as well. In short, both China and Japan are facing a new phase of cooperation.

　　Under the theme "Co-creating the future: Challenges, Opportunities and Power dynamics in the 21st-centry", the 5th PKU-UTokyo forum will examine what are the major challenges and opportunities China and Japan are facing today and explore how to build a solid foundation for cooperation to tackle those issues?

　　2， 申请资格：硕士生或博士生，研究方向涉及中日政治经济关系、能源或环境问题、公共健康网络等非传统安全问题的学生优先，英语流利。

　　3， 人数：5人

　　4， 报名方式：请于2018年11月22日早8点前将个人简历、英语水平证明、导师知情同意书以及主题相关的1000字以内的议论文（英文）等材料制成一个PDF文件发送到：
